Frequently asked questions
Answers to what manufacturers and pro shops most often ask before signing up.
What does the platform cost?
The platform fee is 0%. The money does not run through the platform, so a fee would have to be invoiced afterwards, and collecting it would cost more than it brought in. The fee rules are still calculated on every trade and appear on every settlement — the amount is simply zero. If the rate changes, it will be shown before a trade is entered into.
Who can get access?
Businesses only. Manufacturers are approved by hand, and pro shops get access through the golf club's own email domain. Nothing is sold to consumers, and both parties to a trade are businesses.
Who owns the goods under consignment?
The manufacturer owns the goods until they are sold or something else is recorded. The pro shop must store them properly, keep them identifiable, and record receipt, sales, returns, loss and damage. Under wholesale the pro shop buys the item and owns it from delivery.
How is payment handled?
By ordinary bank transfer directly between the pro shop and the manufacturer. The platform receives no money, and there are no card payments, automatic payouts or refunds. The settlement shows the amount, account number and payment reference together, because that is what a transfer needs.
Does the platform book the shipping?
No. The system produces the delivery note and tracks the shipment, but the manufacturer books with their own carrier. The receipt is recorded in the system, because it is what creates the pro shop's stock.
Can I import my existing catalogue?
Yes. If your web shop runs on Shopify, the whole catalogue comes from one link. Otherwise you can paste the addresses of individual items or upload a product list as a CSV file. Prices never come along — a shop's prices are consumer prices — and everything lands as a draft until you activate it yourself.
Where is data held?
Processing takes place in the EU. The platform runs on Vercel in Dublin, the database and files are with Supabase in Ireland, and email is sent through Resend, with delivery itself in Ireland. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools on the platform.
What languages is the platform available in?
The interface is available in Danish and English. The legal documents are deliberately Danish only until a lawyer has reviewed them in another language, and the Danish version is the one that applies.
